Best exercises for increasing core strength-
Planks for as long as you can hold.
Side planks (one delt facing the floor and other pointed towards the roof with both the feet placed on each other)
While doing pull ups take at least 5 seconds on the negatives (while coming down)
Start cycling while standing up, this will increase both your stamina and your core strength.
Start abdomen exercising.
